(Carrollton, TX) March 25, 2011– Illes Seasonings & Flavors, a manufacturer of liquid and dry spice blends, flavors and sauces for restaurants and food companies, announced the opening of its new Research and Development facility in Greeley, Colo. this week.
Illes, a family owned company for more than 80 years, is headquartered in Carrollton, Texas, where the manufacturer has two production facilities along with robust culinary and R&D departments. The opening of the Greeley facility will provide its customer base in the western states with a more convenient location, allowing them to sample custom products and interact with Illes R&D and culinary team in a personal, yet technically accommodating environment.

To date, Illes has developed a large, active library of more than 10,000 successful seasoning blends, and anticipates developing even more in its Greeley satellite.
The new facility is located in the Fox Run Business Park at 1711 61st Ave., Suite 206 in Greeley, just off 59th Avenue between 10th and 20th Streets.
To celebrate its official opening, Illes hosted a grand opening celebration with tours of the facility on March 24.
