The R&D group turns problems into solutions every day. But they’re also looking for future solutions. To make sure they stay on top of the latest food technologies, they regularly attend conferences and seminars on subjects like low sodium products, pH reduction, shelf life and many other things our customers care about – or will care about.
A Taste for the Technical
At Illes, R&D is a combination of science and art. Our technologists work with our chefs every day to solve almost any product issue. Everything that comes out of our plant will have excellent handling properties, good shelf life, complete documentation, perform well in our customer’s manufacturing environment and be compliant with all FDA or USDA requirements.
It will also be delicious.
