A great new taco place has opened in Dallas called Urban Taco. Brant and I had a great lunch. Every thing was fresh and hot. Great flavor Al Pastor, Dos XX marinaded chicken tacos, and great green Rice.

The Culinary group of Illes Seasonings headed out this year to 3 cities. Chicago, Los Angeles, and Mexico City. We ate at 15 to 17 restaurants in each city we visited. This was a culinary journey not a restaurant review. We learned so much about Latino food. Our journey took us for the highest end restaurant Frontera Grill (James Beard award for outstanding restaurant 2007) to the street vendor of Mexico City.
This experience will be shared with our customers in a PowerPoint presentation.

Earlier this year Brant and Jonathan had the tasting menu at Alinea. In April we all had a great lunch at Frontera Kitchens.
