The Illes 2018 Q1 TasteLab trend sheet by the Illes Chefs. The New Year has started and rich, bold flavors are on trend as we begin a great 2018. 


Winter Spiced Cranberry Syrup warms your beverage with sweet spices and cranberry juice concentrate. This syrup goes well into tea (hot or cold!), mixed into a festive cocktail or even on top of pancakes for breakfast!

A Mexican Chocolate Chili Spice blend brings bold chili peppers together with chocolate and spices for a rub that goes great on dark meat chicken, pork and beef. Slow roast it to build layers of flavor into the meal. 

Growing in popularity, we combined Old Bay and Smoky Black Pepper for a full-bodied seasoning blend that can be added on any seafood entree, but also mixed into cheese to create the perfect queso at your next party!
